I was immediately drawn to this to this location for my family’s beach trip due to the location/ walk to the beach. My dad who struggles with mobility, was able to access the beach with great ease. The price for 3 bedrooms and 4 beds was great.However, we do have a couple of complaints/ suggestionscomplaints:The floor was disgusting upon arrival. It looked as if it hadn’t even been swept much less cleaned. There were crumbs and dirt sticking to our feet. My mother swept to make that better, but we still had to wear socks or shoes to walk around the condo to keep our feet from getting black. This may be trivial, but the towels left an enormous amount of white fuzz all over us and our clothes. It was annoying. Suggestions: One roll of toilet paper and two trash bags are not sufficient for a rental that holds 6 people. That’s a lot of tushies and trash. We have not stayed at a condo in the past 8 years that only supplied that much. For a quick beach trip and with all of us traveling in one vehicle, this was a huge inconvenience. We were able to use grocery bags as more trash bags, but I would suggest including at least more toilet paper. Easy suggestions are a full length mirror of some kind and a make up mirror in the bathrooms. Not so easy suggestions but were a huge deal to us. Ceiling fans/ lights. We understand limiting the AC to only 70 degrees, but no fans meant we burned up all night. No lights other than lamps were just annoying at times.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. It was the perfect place to enjoy our vacation and we would definitely book here again. Great location to the beach and to the main street area.

The condo has a beautiful waterfront view with easy beach access. It also has nice updates and for the most part had been cleaned except the floor. We had to wear shoes the entire time so our feet wouldn’t turn black. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master closet is locked so there isn’t a convenient area to store luggage. The furniture is worn and stained and we were hesitant to sit on anything. I was a little surprised that nothing is provided, including beach towels. I rented in Folly Beach last year and didn’t have to provide basics like toilet paper, etc. I’ve been told by others this is normal so perhaps I’ve just been lucky with my previous 6 other rentals. Overall I expected more for the price but we had a great time and loved the convenience of being on the water!
