Enjoy your stay in this beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the Fairways Village! Somerset is a second floor condo, with modern, coastal themed decor. Upon entering, you will walk up the stairs to find an open floor plan featuring a dining area and a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing family meals, and a spacious living room with a flat screen T.V, and a cozy fireplace for relaxation. In the master bedroom, there is a queen bed and a large master bathroom. In one guest bedroom there is a queen bed, and in the second guest bedroom there are two twin beds. There is also a bathroom located near both guest bedrooms for convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony overlooking the quaint, friendly neighborhood.

Your reservation will include Bay Creek Club access during your stay. We liked where we stayed (Somerset). Everyone very welcoming and helpful. Did not the rental came with a golf cart to use so we rented one in advance. Golfing was awesome. Very beautiful course and well maintained.

Love this neighborhood of Bay Creek. Unit was in great shape. Very much appreciate the water filter that allowed drinking water to be free of the sulfur taste and smell which can be a problem in Cape Charles area. TV was great, internet reliable. Bed in master was quite hard and board like, so may want to change that. Maybe another lamp or 2 in the living area, especially for reading. Overall a great unit.
