We are offering our home for a Friday CHECK IN to avoid traffic (early check in options)- and Friday checkout. We will consider short rentals on a case-by-case basis with cleaning fees. Less than 2 minute walk to ocean!

Our home is approximately 6 miles up the 4x4 beach at the wide North Swan Beach - Pool, elevator and hot tub.
"North Shore" Extraordinary Oceanview, beach and breaker views! Pool, Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower and 3 levels with an Elevator! Drive your four-wheel drive vehicle to the edge of the pavement, shift into four-wheel drive and cruise up this beautiful sandy coast of eastern North Carolina home of the wild horses.
This is the "North Shore" at its best— great ocean views from every level of this luxurious home, situated on an elevated position on the beach. Three living areas create multiple options for your family vacation. We offer an upscale home with 6 bedrooms (4 Master King Ocean view bedrooms, 1 Master Queen Bedroom, and 1 Master Bunk Bedroom with twin/twin and twin/full bunks. There is also a queen sleeper in the game room. There will be no fighting over bathrooms each bedroom has its own bathroom! There is a large open kitchen with upscale finishes.
Amenities include a large(29x12) private pool, hot tub, game room, ice-maker, second full refrigerator, coffee and wine bar, reverse osmosis system with the kitchen sink, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.
You will find comfort and upscale living in this beautifully appointed new home. Level three offers large open concept living with incredible ocean and beach views. A 75 " 4K UltraTV. An elevator for bringing up groceries to the spacious kitchen with large island, double ovens and a coffee/wine bar. The dining table is oversized with seating for the entire family with windows that allow you to watch the ocean. A beautiful deck with extensive ocean and beach views. A top floor ocean view Master King bedroom with a tray ceiling, sliding glass door access to the deck, and bathroom with large walk in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and private toilet room.

The house itself was stunning, as were the views, but the terrain to get there was pretty treacherous and the hosts did not give good enough instructions. Also, for how remote it is, they should be very explicit about the need to bring toilet paper and other essentials ("paper goods" is way too vague). Also be prepared to bring enough food for the stay and really look into how to drive in the sand before you go.

The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 14. Everything was clean when we arrived, the kitchen had everything you need to prep and cook meals. The fenced in pool/hot tub were clean and in great shape. It was super easy to walk to the beach or drive when we were feeling lazy. We will definitely look to book the property again for future trips to OBX.

The property house was exceptionally clean, beautiful and accurate as per the listing. The property location was very good. The property manager was very prompt to share the details and instructions ahead of time and very responsive and helpful with sharing additional details as inquired. Overall, we are all very happy with the stay and are planning to definitely come back to this same property.
