About this house rental
Contemporary house of 120 m² in Poggio d'Oletta, pretty picturesque village located 10 minutes from St Florent, its port and its beaches, with a large private car park.
This very bright villa was completely renovated in early 2018, and decorated with numerous works by local artists, and can accommodate 6 people, with friends or family.
Each room is air conditioned and has a large dressing room.
You will have two beautiful bathrooms, one with bath and double sink, the other with walk-in shower. Two WCs.
Modern and well-equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room with an area of 50m² opening onto a large furnished terrace.
Essential kitchen products provided.(salt + pepper + spices + oil and vinegar + 10 Nespresso capsules)
Two soft sofas and a television in the living room.
Internet access .
Poggio d'Oletta is a charming village a little high, rich in history and traditions, remarkable for its chapels and ruins.
10 minutes away, you will find the famous Village of St Florent, its port, its beaches, its shops and boutiques of all kinds, its famous restaurants and bars, and all kinds of entertainment.
5 minutes from Poggio d'Oletta, you can refuel at the Leclerc Center in Oletta.
50% deposit upon receipt of the contract, the balance on arrival.
A deposit of 500 € will be requested on the day of your arrival, it will be returned to you on the day of your departure after inventory.
THE HOUSEHOLDING COSTS ARE € 120 INCL.
Towels are included in the rental as well as
Tourist tax 0.50 € / night / pers.
cleaning is compulsory.

The house ist situated beautifully in the mountains close to St. Florent and very well equipped: Coffee machine, barbecue, washing machine, dryer… everything is there in high quality. It is very clean and Sandrine was the nicest host, uncomplicated check-in and check-out. E. Leclerc in Oletta is close enough for weekly grocery shopping (10min drive) and for warm and fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning it is just a 10min walk to L‘Olitesse in the old town of Oletta.

We had a perfect vacation in this house. Everything looks like new and you wont miss anything. More appliances than you can dream of in your own house, beautiful decor, breathtaking view and you can barbecue (plancha) everyday. We really enjoyed the stay and if you have a car St Florent is barely 15 minutes away so you can go back and forth as much as you wich. Sandrine, the owner is a great host and her team is on point. I don't think we could have dreamt a better experience.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. La maison est neuve, de même que tous ses équipements, et très bien équipée (literie très confortable, cuisine avec tous les ustensiles, climatisation dans chaque pièce, armoires et espaces de rangement dans chaque pièce, y compris les salles de bain). Maison très claire, et très agréable et facile à vivre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans hésiter cette location. Plage de St Florent à 15-20 minutes de voiture, mais le cadre dans les hauteurs est très agréable et les villages avoisinnants sont charmants.
