About this apartment rental
Our beautiful 4-star apartments (about 63 square meters) have 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living / dining area and a kitchen. Bedroom and living / dining area are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling). Each apartment has a covered balcony (about 12sqm) with sea views. The garden has a pool and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Own parking spaces are available on the property.
Our house is 2 minutes walk, about 100m from the beach
Equipment:
Kitchen with stove, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave (on request), crockery, cutlery, glasses and towels.
Bathroom equipped with shower and underfloor heating. In a bathroom there is a washing machine. Towels are available.
Bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen is available.
Living area has satellite TV, a high quality fold-out sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons).
Dining area with dining table for 6 people.
Balconies have dining tables for 6 and 2 sun loungers.
All apartments have Wi-Fi
All bedrooms and the living / dining area have air conditioning.
Pool / Outside:
The pool is 5x6m, so 30qm large. In the pool area there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. We have a "Konoba" (covered outdoor kitchen) with barbecue, dining table and chairs (use by arrangement)

The house was completed in May 2018 and is under German management.

Claus is an excellent host, and his property is exactly as described. The place looks brand new. The beds are comfortable, and his hospitality is some of the best I’ve ever received from VRBO owners, if not the best. His home is immaculate, and his attention to detail is five stars. If you’re ever in Zadar or the surrounding area, this is the best place to stay.

Alles war so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten.
Tolles Wetter, eine Super Wohnung , wo alles ruhig war, obwohl der Strand nur um die Ecke ist. Der Vermieter hat und eine Einweisung gegeben, so dass wir für nichts fragen mussten. Wir bedanken uns nochmals, dass wir hier Urlaub machen konnten. Klaus und Martina sind Super Gastgeber.

I am a Croatian from Canada and have stayed in many apartments throughout the country. I was very pleasantly surprised with this property, but especially with the owner Claus and his lovely wife. We became friends during my stay. Very nice.
