Private Lake House On Beautiful Tuscarora Lake/5 Bdrm/3 full Bath/waterfront

Beautiful home ! It had everything we needed and more . We spent the weekend with family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from SUNY ESF ( about 40 min from Syracuse ) . Perfect place away from the city to celebrate with family . Plenty of room for everyone. 3 bedrooms on main floor ( one king room and two queen rooms) and full bathroom. Upstairs had loft space with a day / trundle bed , a bedroom with a queen( or double - can’t remember) and another room with a set of twin beds and also a full bathroom. The basement area had a great space for playing games or relaxing away from main level living area . Basement also had a bathroom with a shower . Basement had a second fridge and laundry room. The deck was a perfect spot to relax on Sunday afternoon. The rooms were clean , the host was great with communication, the kitchen was fully stocked , the house was very family friendly ! It even had outlet covers for the two toddlers we had . We saw a bald eagle and it was amazing! The stairs coming in can be tough , but the older family members we have with mobility issues did fine . We managed to fit 3 cars in the driveway & parking on the road wasn’t awful . I’d just have better lighting because the solar lights near the stairs weren’t bright enough after a few cloudy and rainy days- but that’s an easy fix and the house is still 5 stars all around ! The only real negative is that we didn’t have more time to spend , we would love to come back and enjoy the lake !!

We were looking for a place to stay because our son was getting married in the area. Karol's place was perfect for our family. There were 6 adults and 3 children ages 3 and under. While we didn't have much time to appreciate just how wonderful the house is, the time that we did have was perfect. The house is very spacious and has everything you will need. You could not ask for a better location. The lake is beautiful. We loved being able to use the kayaks that come with the property (life jackets of all sizes were also available to use). There is even a floating dock. Karol was great to work with and even mailed me a few items that were left at the house. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the place for you.
