About this apartment rental
The 107sqm apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a beautiful old building from 1900 and was completely renovated in 2018.
One bedroom is equipped with a new double bed 160x200cm. The second room with 2 new single beds 90x190cm. In addition there is a high quality sofa bed 140x200cm in the living room and also new.
The living room with open kitchen is very large and bright with access to the terrace of 10sqm.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Induction cooker, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle everything new.
The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hair dryer is available.
There is also a small laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.
The house is in a prime location 3min walk from the covered market and the cathedral. Numerous shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist ...) and restaurants are nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The location of the property close to amenities and transport links in the centre of Narbonne was one of the best features for us. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the toys and beach buckets/spades the owners had left in the property. The kitchen had every utensil required for cooking any meal and the outside space was a great feature too. Our only criticism is that the bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and requires an update. Nevertheless, a wonderful stay overall.
