If you appreciate authenticity, homeliness, and don’t seek high-end luxury, this is the perfect place for you. It’s ideal for those who love nature and tranquility, as Božava is full of friendly cats and offers peaceful surroundings.
The apartment is exceptionally clean and pleasantly cool — we didn’t even need to use the air conditioning, although it was available. It offers plenty of privacy and has a charming terrace full of lush greenery, which makes it very inviting and cozy. There is also a barbecue, but we couldn’t find charcoal anywhere on the island, so we recommend bringing your own if you plan to use it.
The kitchen is otherwise well-equipped, but we missed having a regular non-stick frying pan for making something simple like eggs — if you plan on using one, it’s best to bring it along.
Mrs. Nena is incredibly kind, helpful, and simply wonderful. The location is perfect — just one minute from the sea and the “center” of the charming village of Božava, with beautiful natural beaches nearby.

Miniapppartamento al piano terra orientato a Nord, quindi abbastanza fresco. Cucina ampia e fornita. Arredamento semplice funzionale stile campagnolo. Letto molto comodo (materasso che sostiene, non affonda). Zanzeriere fondamentali ok. Acqua abbondante calda e fredda ma da non specare. Piccolo giardino circostante con tavolino. Vicino al porticciolo e al mini-minimarket. Buona posizione per esplorare il nord dell'isola. Abbastanza vicino a Veli Žal costa rocciosa e selvaggia con acqua stupenda (continuate oltre i primi 50 metri). La proprietaria è riuscita ad aiutarci per risolvere il problema del rifornimento di benzina per lo scooter: il benzinaio più vicino ed unico sull'isola è a Zaglav 35km! (venite con il pieno di benzina).

Great place with a small garden close to beaches and restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Apartment is very well equipped. It has a fully functional kitchen with all necessary appliances. Apartment is on the ground floor so there is whole private garden for it's guests. There are mosquitoe nets on all windows which is really nice. Host is very kind and welcoming.
There is no view of the sea from the apartment.
