We priorities our relationships with our neighbors and we prioritize making sure their "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay! This house was fantastic for our group (including 2 medium-size dogs). Ample space to spread out. Game room was extra special; back yard was really large and private. Hot tub was used every day; multi decks provided great outdoor space. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend this property & would love to stay here again. Great place for family bonding.

Erik was an amazing host! He was timely in all communication and check in was a breeze. The house was clean and lived up to the online description. The house was very spacious and had all sorts of fun amenities - huge back yard, hot tub and game room! We will definitely be back!

The house was great with fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this house again as it is so spacious. Erik the property manager was very responsive!

Our family gathers for an annual trip to Tahoe for my sons birthday being that he was a 4th of July baby. We had family members arrange accommodations at the strip bc we were aware of the county regs and due to the owners strict or as he put it “stickler” tendencies and wanted no trouble.
when he was alerted of noisy neighbors, he assumed it was us and called and texted me past midnight asking us to quiet down. He asked for proof and a video was sent. I woke up to an add’l text asking to confirm number of cars parked. We were compliant and I confirmed. We were in and out going to the casino and made sure our guests left at 10pm who were not sleeping over.
The whole time I felt like I couldn’t enjoy my stay while at the cabin because he admitted to watching the ring cameras after I had confirmed we were not the noisy neighbors.
The cabin itself is beautiful. There’s a lot of pollen everywhere and I there’s no A/C.
Cleanliness: When we arrived the cabin wasn’t ready until 430p. The owner and housekeepers were rushing to clean up and we stood waiting to unload and start our trip. The linens left for us were damp, there were signs on glass that not everything was cleaned. The linens were not fresh - bring your own. Mold in master bath.
Appliances
Refrigerator needs work or maintenance. Takes forever to cool foods and beverages. We used our yeti cooler to store meats. Lights above the range are inoperable and at least one of the ranges doesn’t work right
