About this house rental
This shack is located only a few minutes walk to the beach, jetty, restaurants, takeaway and deli.
Facilies include:
Master Bedroom: King Bed
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed
Third Bedroom: Double Bed with overhead single bunk bed plus Single bunk beds
Portacot (available on request)
This is a BYO linen property (Pillows, Inner Quilts and Teatowels only are supplied).
All bedrooms have wardrobes.
Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating to loungeroom and all bedrooms have fans.
Lounge features TV, Stereo, DVD and VCR players, an extensive Video Library and some games and puzzles for the kids.

All crockery, cutlery and general appliances
Portable Highchair (available on request)
Full Laundry with Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board and an outdoor Family sized clothes line.

Located a short walk to Moonta Bay beach and jetty. Perfect for swimming, beach and water sports with a protected area for swimming off Jetty and Pontoon, fishing and crabbing,, playground, restaurants, takeaway shops and general store.
Five minutes from Port Hughes Jetty and Boat Ramp, and the Greg Norman Designed Golf Course.
The township of Moonta offers the Moonta Bay Golf Course, Wheal Hughes Mine and Moonta Mines & Museum, Movie Theatre, Foodland and numerous shops.
A 15 minute drive to Kadina offers a Country Target, Cheap As Chips, Go Lo, Woolworths, Farmers Market (once a month) and numerous other facilities.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY however it cannot be guaranteed that pets may have stayed at this property in the past.
The tenant shall pay a Security Bond of $200.00 to act as security for breakages, losses, damage, additional cleaning, rubbish removal and the like. If no such losses occur the security bond willl be refunded in full by way of cheque or to a nominated bank account.
Cancellation notified less than 28 days prior to occupancy date will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations notified less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit Deposit.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit all monies paid.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Sandy Bits. The beds were comfy, the shack super warm in winter and only a short walk to the jetty. Extremely affordable accommodation & great value for money for a family of 5. Moonta Bay a great place to holiday whatever the season made more enjoyable by great accommodation. Rosie was extremely easy to deal with from booking, to checking in and departing, non intrusive and reliable. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this property, spending 8 nights, and are so pleased with all the facilities you provided for our family whilst we were up there. You have thought of every little detail a family needs and everything was so comfortable. We would not hesitate in recommending your property to every one we know as it is a great place to stay and very affordable especially for a big family. A short walk and a minutes drive to the beach, made it so convenient to the beach or the jetty. This property is definitely somewhere we would stay if we visited Moonta again. Thanks for making our holiday a relaxing one and without fuss.

Little property with the simple things you need, large back yard for the kids, gates to make sure they don’t get on the road, tramp and swing. Can walk to the beach
