About this house rental
Villa Cielo A is an elegant and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Villa Cielo A you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Cielo A is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at roughly 900 meters (990 yards).
Villa Cielo A is located on the top floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the street level along a route that includes approximately 33 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Cielo A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a sofa, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of Positano.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens and towels; electricity.Available upon request: baby bed. Available for a fee, if desired:parking, if reserved in advance. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Kitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen also has a window overlooking the terrace.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

The location is such a boon - bus stops for the Sita (buses that take you along the Amalfi coast) and the local bus (those that take you solely around Positano) are steps outside the front door; the steps leading to and from the main square and beach are just around the corner. There's also a convenience store next door, a cafe called Bar Internazionale that also sells Sita tickets, and lastly a great restaurant called Grotin. You really can't hope for a better location.
As for the Villa itself, it shows its age, but is otherwise spacious and clean with great AC and ample storage space. To cap it all off, the terrace provides incredible views.
If I ever find myself in Positano again, I would not hesitate in booking this accommodation.

If I ever find myself in Positano again, I will not hesitate in booking this accommodation.
