About this apartment rental
This top-floor penthouse, immersed in a quiet tropical garden, is fully furnished and equipped, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 250 sqf (75 sqm), with internet wi-fi, cable TV, A/C in all bedrooms and pool.
It is located in the center of Sosua (El Batey), walking distance to all beaches, restaurants, clubs, bars, shops etc., and it is guest-friendly. There is also a private parking (gated and secured) inside the residence, if you have a car.
A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody anytime at no extra fee, respecting the maximum occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

It was a very comfortable stay on such a short notice. With security at both entry ways I felt safe at all times . This location is no more than a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants Sosua has to offer .

Great stay! Location, location, location. Able to walk to all activities bars, beach and restaurants. Excellent wifi and the Security guards are a big plus. Condo as described and landscaping was beautiful. I will visit again soon

My stay at this property was very very good. The owners replied back too my initial contact very promptly and made the whole transaction very pleasant and easy.....Enrico was very helpful when i arrive and provide answers too any questions i had. The entire experience was great. I would most definitely stay at this place again.
