Eine schöne Wohnung, sehr zentrale Lage, tolle Aussicht, bequeme Betten, sehr guter Kontakt zu Vermieter. Leider sehr hellhörig (man hört die lebendige Straße bis spät in die Nacht), Küche spärlich ausgestattet, es kommt immer wieder zu Kurzschluss wenn mehrere Herdplatten an sind, Druck des Duschwassers sehr niedrig, Toilettensitz müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Wer Ende Dezember anreist muss mit erheblicher Lärmbeschallunug durch ein Kirmes rechnen.
