About this cottage rental
This is a studio style cottage guest house on a large, quiet property in close proximity to Vero Beach and the downtown area. You'll have plenty of space to relax, roam with your pets, and even fish onsite. They're many attractions around including the Vero Beach Outlets, 4 miles west, and the beach, 7 miles east. A shopping mall and movie theater are just down the road along with groceries and all major restaurants. Come enjoy Vero Beach!
I try to make this as easy as possible for you and provide many amenities and even more upon request. I have no cleaning or pet fees included in the booking price. I try to communicate the best I can to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have.
Please keep in mind that I do have a moderate cancelation policy. That is because I have had many guests book ahead of time and cancel days before. I would prefer to keep it relaxed, but it has not worked. I understand things happen that are out of our control so please communicate with me and we can work to solve any issue that arises.

Lovely VRBO. Sadi and son JeanPaul are wonderful hosts. Studio apartment in a cabin on a small lake. BeautifulViews. Comfortable lodging. Full kitchen. Close to everything Vero Beach has to offer. Cozy porch with hammock wonderful for relaxation after a busy day at the beach. So glad we found this hidden gem!
