Please note that the exact location and views of Studio Casitas are not guaranteed, and are subject to change upon reasonable advance notice. Your reservation merely guarantees you a private Studio Casita at Legacy Villas featuring a King Size bed, kitchenette and patio or balcony, comparable in size and quality to the photos shown in the listing. While every effort will be made to provide the exact location selected by Guest (or one as comparable as possible), Owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, cost or damages suffered by Guest as a result of a location assignment different from the address show90n in the Contract, and no refunds or credits shall be issued. In the rare event that the assigned location features a Queen Size bed instead of a King, Guest shall receive a credit of 10% off of the contracted nightly rate.

No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Loved having the fireplace and the patio to ourselves, while also being walking distance to the gym and pools. Beautiful grounds, views all on a very well-maintained property. Parking was easy & loved the convenience of E-charging right there. Thank you!

The neighborhood atmosphere of the condos are a perfect gathering place for the mini-reunion we had with 10 adults and 5 children aged 8 and under. The area is very quiet and safe for kids to ride their scooters around, and the pool is a big hit. Our only complaint was our condo, which for the most part was delightful. But the bed really needs a new mattress and the “kitchen” was nothing more than a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and toaster oven. We would have appreciated a microwave instead of the toaster oven.
