This bright, modern, single-level home offers all the comforts of a perfect getaway:
- Spacious open-plan living with high ceilings, a Smart TV, and a Blu-ray player.
- Private outdoor entertaining area with a timber deck, dining table, and lawn.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a pod coffee machine, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
- Luxury bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and frameless glass shower.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and outdoor hanging line.

- Master bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite (shower, toilet, basin).

- Single carport for off-street parking plus ample kerb-side parking.
