Balcony and room overlooking the beach. With bed and bath (pure cotton), digital safe, lcd tv, luxury shower, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, iron, kitchen utensils, covered garage, etc. All new and clean for demanding people.
Internet service (wifi) 15 MB exclusive for the apartment and rooftop business center.
You can request the cleaning service of the apartment at the 24-hour reception at no extra charge, up to 2 per week. The establishment also features an on-site laundry, sauna and games room.
The Craft Fair is just 1 block away. Already the famous restaurant Emperor of Cameroon is on Avenida Antonio Gouvêia, opposite the property. Also very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and the famous raft ride to the natural pools.

Gostei muito da localização, espaço interno do imóvel, limpeza semanal oferecida pelo condomínio, pessoal da recepção muito gentis.
Ponto negativo: Piscina no último andar, mas muito pequena. e rasa. Como sou de São Paulo, senti falta de uma padaria estruturada e grande perto do apartamento. Os Bancos SANTANDER, BANCO DO BRASIL ficam longe.

Para Maceió já era a 3 vezes, mais esse apartamento foi um dos melhores, a vista dele e incrível.

Já conhecemos Maceió de outras viagens. Praias "fora do roteiro" merecem ser visitadas, e se você tiver tempo, fugindo dos passeios vendidos na praia. Fomos a Paripueira, Dunas de Marapé, Praia do Saco, Prainha de Barra Nova e encontramos tranquilidade para ficar o dia inteiro sem vendedores te abordando a toda hora. Maragogi, Gunga, Barra de São Miguel e Praia do Francês já eram praias conhecidas.
O imóvel está muito bem equipado e localizado, perto do calçadão, supermercados, padaria, farmácia, etc. Choveu no 1º dia. Tem internet e smartv que dá pra sobreviver à falta de sol, se necessário, com um netflix de última hora. Vale muito a pena. Aprovado.
