Perfecta y tranquila estancia. La habitación, el baño, la cocina, la calle.

Apartment was great- comfortable beds, very spacious kitchen and bathroom. It was around 15 mins walk to the centre of Rovinj, and a supermarket is just across the road. Nice quiet neighborhood, and owner was very friendly and helpful (despite slightly limited English). Balcony was great to spend time on in the evening. Thank you!

A very clean and nice apartment just 1.2 km from the old town. The terrace faces green gardens.

When we asked, which time we could come and leave our belongings to leave exploring the city without luggage, we were told to come at 16, although in Booking it is written, that we can come at 14. We were also told, that we should leave at 10, although it was written in Booking 10-11. We didn’t agree to leave at 10. The host accepted 11, but told, that they had to clean before the next guest. We were staying just for one night, so there was not so much cleaning, that 3 hours between 11 and 14 would not be enough. Instead of warm welcoming to which we got used in other places in Croatia we were told not to use the air conditioning when we are away or sleeping. We never do it anyway, but I think when we pay for an apartment with conditioning, it is our choice when to use it. Especially now, during the hot high season, when apartments prices are very high. In everything else the host was polite, also in those situations she was polite, although they didn’t seem for us very nice.

The apartment was clean. Proximity to local shop and a restaurant was very good.

This accommodation is within the house of the owners. Normally, I never have problem with this type of stay, but here I will only recommend if you are coming with children. We had the groundfloor apartment adjacent to the owners and sharing the garden with them. If you have kids, they will probably enjoy the children who are living there and plenty of toys all over the garden. However If you want to have calm holidays without the family drama in the middle of the night, then I would suggest you look elsewhere. For better understanding, we were three adults hoping to take a break from work and just enjoy the sea and quite location not direclty in the city centre. No parking option, which is a bit misleading from the photos. Not even on the street. You need to leave your car in front a local shop, where we got two notifications that it is forbiden to park there. Further paying car park is within walking distance, but seems rather dark in the night. Overall, when you consider the price, we have already stayed in cheaper accommodation in Rovinj with much more comfort.
