About this house rental
Gated property, Private entrance, with a secluded private quaint brick patio. Outdoor dining area. Beautiful view of lush English Gardens. Vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet with iron & board, mirror, kitchenette.
Comfortable Queen bed, clock radio, laundry facility. Hi/speed Wi-Fi, fireplace, computer desk, Roku TV , mini kitchenette set up, includes fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot kettle, and microwave. Tile bathroom with tub shower, blow dryer. Large walk in closet .
On-site parking. Outside smoking only, no pets. $10/night extra guests fee. Natural stone pool & Jacuzzi , let me know ahead of time to heat Jacuzzi In the cold weather there is a fee of $20 per hour. In summer fee is applied for time after 1 hour of use . Pool is unheated. Dry sauna is available for a $20 fee.
Beach Umbrella and ice chest available. Laundry available for 7 days or longer stay is free. less than a 7 day stay there is a $5 fee per load.
No extra overnight guests that aren't part of the reservation. Smoking and 420 are fine as long as it's outside away from any open windows.
Bluetooth in bedroom clock radio. Bluetooth speakers at the pool.

Linda is a wonderful host. Everything about this place is terrific. I loved taking a swim in the pool and enjoying all the touches Linda has done to the outside area. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Northridge was great. Linda is an exceptional host. From the bedding to the blinds on the window ( I like sleeping in a dark room), to the waters in the fridge and the little chocolates on the dresser, it was all so perfect. The place was quiet and the surrounding area is beautifully landscaped with lots of trees and flowers. All the instructions were clear and detailed.
