Large Laundry Room with Front Loader Washer/Dryer & Utility Sink.
2nd Floor: (upstairs) Large Loft Area with Queen size Futon, Desk, Flat Screen TV, 2nd Bedroom with Queen size bed, Large Walk-in Closet, & Attached Full Bath (shower/tub combo), 3rd Bedroom with King Size Bed & Attached Full Bath (shower/tub combo).
3rd Floor: (downstairs) Lower level has been remolded in February 2022.
Open Floor Plan with Recreation Room with a pool table, ping-pong table, Movie Theatre now in separate enclosed room seating for 7, families can use Pullout Queen Sofa, Board Games, Full Bath with Large Tile Standup Shower, 4th bedroom Pullout Queen Sofa & Electric Fireplace.
