La posizione in centro. Ambiente piccolo ma accogliente. Aria condizionata funzionante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per essere la settimana di ferragosto. Comodissima per i trasporti e servizi.
Macchinetta del caffè era una caffettiera elettrica. Poca luce nell’ appartamento per la mancanza di finestre. Pulizia non eccellente.

La cocina y el baño, reformados y limpios
U poco agobiante de tamaño pero tal cual como en las fotos, si sabes a lo que vas es perfecto. Lo unico que no tiene nada de luz natural

La ubicación excelente
Nula ventilación, al ser un piso interno, tiene muy poca entrada de luz. Al abrir las ventanas y ser pulmón del edificio, todos los olores y cero aire fresco se podía detectar. La bañera poseía un plástico muy peligroso en el piso para ducharse, al sacarlo la ducha era muy resbaladiza. El piso no es para 3 personas, es muy pequeño y poco funcional para más de dos personas, dado que el baño se encuentra dentro del dormitorio.
