Nice family vacation. Crikvenica is really nice and sweet town.

That is right next to a beautiful beach and at the same time is on the main promenade.

The attic apartment 303 isn’t suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids and tall people. The toilet seat was broken. The water wasn’t running through the drain. It stayed at the center of the bathroom. Also there isn’t provided parking spots from the apartment. And the parking is a real problem in Crikvenica

Extremely satisfied! The staff couldn't have been nicer, the location extraordinary, the room like heaven. All shops, cafes, restaurants close at hand. I will definitely visit again sometime. Too short but very sweet.

Acceptable but I had more expectations.

Problems with shower, not good calibrated, it’s either boiling hot or freezing cold, and the rainfall not working. The WC lid is broken. Not enough towels for a family of 4(on the limit). Not enough toilet paper.

Tourist trap

Location

This is not 4 person apartment, advertised as 39m2, it one room and one long hall, 2.5m wide living room with kitchen. Door handle was missing so we could only open the door with a key. Shower head was broken so we coudn't take a shower, also shower drain was dirty. Apartment is almost without windows, small windows look into an alley. Payment was in advance, so don't book it for longer stay, it will ruin your vacation. This is only good for overnight stays

Location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful city centre, lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, everything within easy reach. Clean and tidy apartment, very friendly staff when available. Although it is located in the very centre, we had no problem with sleeping and relaxing, it wasn't noisy at all.

Parking is an absolute disaster!!!! On the day of our arrival we had to find a parking place hundreds of meters away from the hotel and it cost 10 kunas/hour. For the next day we got a parking voucher of some kind, but the place was quite a distance, so we decided to stay where we parked in the first place. The bedroom of the apartment was absolutely ok, but the sofa in the living room was very small for two 14 year olds. This apartment is way too small for 4 people, no matter how friendly it is.

This apartment was for a good value for a weekend but the room was so small-we reserve this room for 3ppl and one child.We got a room where we could not put even our travel cot for our son, rooms were to small and everywhere was feeling after cigarets.We left after a night because there was non balcony and room with to small window-this was not a holiday as we expected to get.Also there is a loud inn evening on streets-but this was non problem for us-just for families is this apartman very unfit. They also did not give us money for other days what we did not spent time there because we were very unhappy what we booked 40m2 Apartman-and room was even 15m2 big.

Disappointing

Our beach items were stolen.... There was a place to leave our stuff downstairs, so we thought it's safe, because everyone else left they matresses, swimbelt etc. there. So one afternoon we left out floating matresses and parasol there, because we knew we will take them to the beach the next morning. Our room was extremely small anyway,so we wouldn't have any space to store them. Unfortunately they were all gone the next morning... We raised this straight away to the staff, but just said sorry and they done nothing else, to help! We wanted to make a complain, but we received no answer from any staff member...

Near the beach , in the middle of the zone with restaurants cafe bars etc . Just a step to the sandy beach . Small but nice rooms . Maybe if I was a little was too perfect, butt at 1.95 a little difficult in the bathroom zone . Ana was very nice 🤪. Nothing to complain about , all ok for a nice week in amazing Croatia!!

Very very noisy in the evening Needs better pillows and better bedding for the sofa bed A few teething issues with things missing or not working, but I’m confident these can be ironed out with time The parking ticket situation having to go to the town centre for a stamped ticket consumed a lot of valuable holiday time

Host was amazing and helpful! Communication was just 100% great!

I want to give a chance to improve so let me tell you what was wrong: 1. I was working from the apartment, but wifi wasn't working so I had to buy extra roaming data 2. One day there wasn't hot water at all! 3. The facilities could be better (no wine/ beer opener, broken safe, tea/coffee machine is MUST, no shampoo/gel, no soap, ...) 4. Troubles with parking. we spend almost 2 hours with setup parking. You really could negotiate some closeby neighbour if your host can park there (I would love to pay but should be easy and fast)
