Jadranka und Marijano sind super aufmerksame Vermieter! Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie selbstgemachte Marmelade und Weinlikör! Im Kühlschrank stand Mineralwasser eine Flasche Wein und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten! Das Haus ist toll, wenn auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen! Der schöne Pool wird täglich gereinigt und war bei Temperatur zwischen 30 und 36°C Gold wert! Die Lage ist super und man hat Restaurants und einen kleinen Markt direkt in der Nähe! Wenige Autominuten entfernt bekommt man in Poreč alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs und auch die Strände und die Hafenstadt Vrsar sind schnell erreichbar!

Absolutely everything was fantastic. Totally clean house and surroundings. Nice with aircondition and lovely balcony. The owners are really friendly and respected our privacy but invited us to a glass of Teranino before leaving. The area does not scream touristy, but you are 15 minutes from all sorts of experiences.

Great location, pool is awesome, size of the property is great. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, has a grill. Comes with everything you could need for your stay.

Property owner/manager lives on the property but it isn't mentioned or seen in photos but they are there and are outside a lot so you don't have a sense of privacy. They also keep a dog in a small cage 24/7 on the property, was very depressing to see. ****EDIT****- Owners sent a message at 6AM on a Sunday about my negative review. Very rude and unprofessional. Dropping score from 7 to a 5. Hey owner, if you're going to have a dog, don't keep it in a tiny cage 24/7 where it pee's and poops. Disgusting. Dog would just walk in circles all day. Super sad.
