Welcome to Harbor Point Condominium, a condominium made for a relaxing getaway nestled in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. It is located just off Highway 54 at lake road 54-56, also know as Nichols Road exit. It is minutes away from the Osage Beach Premium Outlets with 110 stores, spectacular golf courses, big Surf Water Park, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, as well as miniature golf and go cart tracks for the kiddos. We are located at the 21 mile marker of the Osage Channel.
If relaxation is what you're looking for, enjoy a covered balcony, overlooking the water. There is also a very nice pool and tennis and basketball court on the property. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of home including a gas grill, dishwasher and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing and indulging in home cooked meals. Living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 40" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 32" flat TV. The Living room has a pull out couch with a comfortable 12" mattress. 49" flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a WII for rainy days. We also have a private washer/dryer in the condo for all of your laundry needs.
Condo complex is completely paved and condo comes with one private parking and only 2 steps up to the front door from the parking lot. The complex also offers boat launching and trailer parking for you convenience. We also offer a private boat slip 10x26 and a PWC lift ( for additional fee)
Both Mattresses have been replace in April 2021

We enjoyed the quite nature of this condo complex, and the convenience of the boat slip and marina and fuel dock next door. This was an excellent location for our family time at the lake.

The condo was the perfect size for two couples. Great location, close to everything!The pool was nice and the condo patio was a great place to have coffee or a beverage and look at the water and the boats coming in and out. Second bedroom pillows were pretty flat and could use a couple hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or robes on, other than that, no complaints! We will book again if we come back to the Lake of the Ozarks!

Shower heads for too much pressure in my skin. No instructions on the TV. Difficult to get it on. Could have had an iron. Kitchen was nice. Balcony was great. Overall a nice place.

When we arrived it had snowed a few days earlier & the sidewalk we had to use was covered in ice & snow very hazardous! Thank god my son was there to clean it off with my little shovel, we couldnt even walk up on it & as we looked around all the others were cleaned off??? Once we got in & setyled it was nice!
