About this house rental
This cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house sits at the 33 mile marker of beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This house is appointed with one queen bed in each of the two main level bedrooms, one of which has a private bath. The third bedroom offers a twin bed and a half bath. The living room is located on the main level adjoined by a large lakeview deck, the kitchen and dining area are located on the lower level that walk out to a lakefront patio. There is plenty of space in the living room area for a couple of air mattresses. There are four TVs all with streaming capabilities and there is WiFi throughout. You can also enjoy the fantastic lakeview of the main channel. There is a boat dock with a 10' x 24' boat slip and a swim ladder for lake swimming. The owners have their PWC on the PWC lift. This house is located near Captain Ron’s, Fish & Company, Larry’s on the Lake and numerous other waterfront establishments. Other attractions nearby are Frankie and Louie’s, Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park. This property worked great for our group. We went for the shootout weekend to make traveling back and forth on our smaller boat possible and the location was perfect for that. The property management tried hard to find us additional parking for our boat trailer which i appreciate. No complaints about the house. Overall, a great stay.

Amazing cove location with great veiws of the main channel.
Great dock.
Nice deck and patio but could use more seating and table space.
The neighborhood even on a holiday weekend was very calm and relaxed .
Kitchen has lots of space and everything you might need for your stay.
The property manager was very responsive. We had a breaker issue the 1st night and. The manager had some one there and it was fixed early the next day.
Bring a computer to hook up to the tvs if you want to be able to stream. Bring your own board and card games.
Living room furniture worn out. Very uncomfortable to sit on. It felt like you sunk to the floo on bothe the couch and chair. Lake of seatimg in the living room space. We brought in patio chairs and used them.
Bed were all springs and worn out one queen and one that was smaller than a tradition queen and did not work for 2 adults. The 3rd bed room had a decent twin but there was no room to use the pull out trundle.
On suite shower was so small a larger adult could not use it.
The fake plants were coated in dust.

First the good- location was great, close to the main channel but far enough away that you felt safe swimming. A/C worked well and WiFi was consistent. Gorgeous view of the lake. Beds were horrible - small and uncomfortable; and the third “bedroom “ was minuscule. We didn’t use the futon there because you would not have been able to get to the bathroom with the futon unfolded. House could generally use housekeeping (get rid of dead bugs and vacuum dog hair off futon). Unfortunately the grill was out of propane but the owner did offer to bring a new tank over. The upstairs deck looked quite inviting but the lawn furniture there did not. Be sure to bring your own lawn chairs. Overall, location was great but house is quite small and could use some TLC.
