About this house rental
A unique rental of its kind! Close to the beaches of Ronce Les Bains (Galon d'Or, Embellie, Pointe Espagnole, ...) and the zoo of La Palmyre and in the heart of the oyster basin of Marennes Oléron, this old oyster hut (which since 1871 has contributed to the renowned for the Marennes oyster) has been designed to offer all the comforts of home for a pleasant holiday at the water's edge. This rental is located 700 m from the village center and 800 m from restaurants and cafes / concerts along the channel. Races and outputs feasible on foot.
Walks or bike rides on the paths bordering the oyster beds, among the birds, fallow deer. We will show you our favorite trails. The beaches of Ronce Les Bains are 20 minutes by bike and are accessible by bike paths. At 300 m, observe the old sailing boats used for oyster farming. These old sailboats often go out to sea in summer and will necessarily pass through the channel in front of your house. Everything is accessible on one level. Possibility of adding a child bed for 50 €. Dining room 27 m² with sofa bed 2 places, kitchen (sink, fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine). 22 m² room with 140 cm bed + wardrobe and dresser. Shower room (shower and sink) and wc.
Fan and fogger for air cooling. South and west facing terrace of 64 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and solar shower. Direct view of 740 m² seawater pool, oyster ponds and access channel to the sea. Parking closed on terrace. Free parking on public space just in front without hindering visibility on the channel and boats.
Reservation by deposit of 200 €.
Deposit 500 € by check not cashed before inventory of places of exit.
The rental is from Saturday at 4 pm until the last Saturday 11 am.

Tolle Hütte, die Bilder täuschen nicht. Tolle Lage, alles sauber, die Terasse ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr nette Gastgeber!

Le gite est extrêmement bien situé et son coté "cabane de pécheurs" est atypique et original. Les propriétaires sont agréables et délivrent à l'arrivée des informations utiles sur le site et la région. Par contre, il y a deux points négatifs : D'une part, il faut passer par la chambre pour accéder à la terrasse et pouvoir prendre un repas au calme, et surtout d'autre part, ce qui est annoncé comme une salle d'eau. En réalité il y a un receveur de douche de 70 cm par 70 cm et un lave main de WC et non pas un lavabo. Le tout représente 1,17m², ce qui est très insuffisant pour pouvoir se sécher et s'habiller après avoir pris sa douche. Le propriétaire nous a précisé, à la fin du séjour, et suite à notre remarque, qu'il allait agrandir cette salle d'eau. A mon sens il faudrait prendre de la surface sur la chambre, car sinon la largeur de cette salle d'eau restera toujours aussi étroite.
