Single storey house for 4/5 people completely renovated in 2018 located 200m from the beaches, 400m from the marina and the casino, close to shops, tennis and cinema in a quiet area. Independent access, free parking. Small enclosed courtyard. End of stay cleaning included. St-Quay-Portrieux is 20kms from Paimpol and Ile de Bréhat, 20kms from St-Brieuc, 50kms from Perros-Guirec, Dinan, St-Malo, Dinard 100Kms from Rennes Weekly rentals in July and August, from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. From September to June, 2 nights minimum. Public transport service nearby.

C’est bien comme pied à terre pour un petit séjour d’une semaine pour un couple sans enfants ou alors max trois adultes. Le confort est très minimaliste. Le proprio ne se soucie guère du confort de ses locataires, que du contraire, nous avons eu à subir une de ses fiesta perso bien au delà des heures de convenance. Je ne recommande pas cette location à mes connaissances. De plus il fait très frais dans ce gîte. Ok pour la Bretagne mais très certainement plus à cette adresse !
