About this villa rental
Beautiful Ré family house on one level, in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches of the island and the heart and local market of the village of La Couarde, the most central village of the island.
Sun-kissed from morning to sunset thanks to its double orientation South and West, you will enjoy the peace and security of its pleasant garden (palm trees, olive trees, pines, green oak) and flowers (roses, oleanders, lavender ...) entirely surrounded by walls.
Regularely renovated (kitchen in 2025), the villa has all the necessary facilities to spend an excellent stay outside and inside, thanks to its vast spaces.
Close to bike paths, you can, for a change of scenery, do everything by bicycle: beach 2 minutes, (good) restaurant 3 minutes, market, heart of the village, supermarket, sailing and tennis clubs 5 minutes, walk in the marshes and oyster hut 10 minutes, presquil Loix 15 minutes, St Martin 20 minutes, Ars 30/45 minutes, the bird reserve and the lighthouse Whales 50 minutes / 1 hour (all by bike!) .

We stayed at this property for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is so beautiful and well equipped. Bruno and his family are very kind and helpful. He left us a packet of information with great advice on where to go. We found it invaluable and more helpful than any of the local guidebooks. The village is just so charming and the local beach just a few steps away. We will always remember our time here with great happiness.
