About this apartment rental
The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge living room with a large balcony overlooking the sea and continuous natural stone floors. The panoramic glass door can be completely moved aside.
A staircase leads directly to the private bathing area with a small jetty. A pool ladder helps to get into the water.
Internet (30MBit / s) free via WLAN throughout the house, landline telephone available (DECT).
The kitchen is integrated in the living room and has a dishwasher (Miele), induction stove (Siemens) and a very large refrigerator with separate freezer area (Liebherr). Even otherwise, the equipment with all the usual kitchen appliances is more than complete.
All dishes, bed linen, etc. is available, as is a washing machine (Miele).
The house is located on a bay with sandy beach and shallow water with sandy bottom, ideal for barefoot bathing and splashing; ideal for children. From the bathing place over the water to reach (100m), or by foot (also 100m). All-day restaurant 300m away.
All windows and doors are equipped with stable outdoor shutters with adjustable slats. Because of this and the massive walls, the temperatures inside the apartment are usually very moderate, so that the existing air conditioning almost never needs to be used. Since all windows are equipped with insect blinds, it is also easy to ventilate in the evening and at night.
In the basement you will find for free use several surfboards and -sgel, paddle boats, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and water toys.
The place Potocnica is a small village with about 50 holiday houses, mainly of Croatians. The place is accordingly quiet and contemplative.
Potocnica is located 10 km north of Novalja, the tourist center of the island, with many restaurants, shops and leisure activities.

Good and easy communication with Martin before, during and after the stay (thank you for everything). The villa has an incredible view on the ocean and has everything needed for a nice holliday.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment mit tollem 180 Grad Blick auf die Bucht und das wirklich klare Wasser. Apartment ist rundum bestens ausgestattet, besonders Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Zu Beginn war die Sauberkeit der Böden und Bäder nicht 100% zufriedenstellend, jedoch war der Vermieter umgehend und sehr bemüht eine Nachreinigung innerhalb 12 Stunden zu organisieren. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Wasserportuntensilien (Subboard, Schuhe, Luftmatratze, Windsurfer etc.) waren viele vor Ort und haben uns Spaß bereitet. Rundum haben wir eine sehr entspannende und schöne Woche in dem Apartment verbracht und würden definitiv wieder hinfahren!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf das Meer ist faszinierend. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte. Dort gab es kein Gedränge. Dass wir stand up paddle, Surfbrett, Tauchflossen... benutzen durften, hat uns besonders gefallen.
Die Reinigung der Wohnung könnte etwas gründlicher ausfallen.

Der offene Wohnbereich mit der durch eine riesige Falttür getrennten Terrasse bietet eine einmalige Atmosphäre und der Ausblick sucht seines gleichen. Der großzügige Wohnbereich bildet das Zentrum, von dem man in die Schlafräume mit den separaten Sanitärbereichen geht. Das Appartement ist top ausgestattet und zusätzlich findet man im Keller sämtliche Utensilien, die man zum Baden am Meer benötigt. Somit kann man mit sehr leichtem Gepäck den Urlaub antreten. Die Umgebung ist sehr erholsam und ruhig. Direkt unter dem Haus gelangt man über ein Betonplateau ins Wasser und in 100 m Luftlinie vom Haus entfernt, befindet sich ein Sandstrand. Das Appartement ist geeignet für alle Altersgruppen, denn in nur 10 Minuten Fahrzeit ist man in Novalja. Der Urlaub war traumhaft schön und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
