About this villa rental
This luxurious two bedroom villa is located in Üzümlü Village, in a peaceful secluded setting 10 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. It comprises of one double and one twin bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms, and can sleep a total of four guests.
It has spectacular views across the Xanthos Valley towards Patara Beach, that guests can enjoy from throughout the villa. On clear days it is even possible to see the Island of Rhodes whilst relaxing on the romantic circular bed in the double bedroom!
This villa is particulary suitable for those guests not coming in the height of the summer as it has an heated pool, a part of which can be closed off by remote control, and made internal to the villa. This possibly internal part of the heated pool is shallow in depth and has a seating ledge, where guests can enjoy the hydro-massage feature in maximum comfort. The pool heating system enables this villa to be available for guests all year round, (there is an extra charge for this facility of 1000 TL per day, payable on arrival). This luxurious villa is particularly suitable for honeymoon couples and/or those guests looking for a high degree of privacy.
The pool dimensions are 9 x 3 m and 1.55 m in depth. The shallow pool area is 3 x 3 m and 1.3 m in depth.
The town of Kalkan, with its broad selection of retail outlets is approximately 15 minutes drive from the villa, but there are a few grocer shops in the village centre which deliver free of charge. It is recommended that guests residing in this villa have the use of a vehicle.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

Esimle balayi icin gittik. Villa cok temizdi ve korunakliydi. Muhafazakar aileler icin birebir. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Perfect location for relaxing and some peace and quiet. Located in a small mountainvillage with extremely helpful and friendly locals. A car is almost neccesary, but it was only 10-15 min to Kalkan which is the nearest city. There you could find everything you needed and more. For our family of four it was perfect, we really recommend it and will most definitely come back!

The property lived up to its description. We had a great week of peace and quiet up in the hills. A drive down to the centre of Kalkan only took 15/20 minutes for evening meals, but everything is there if you want to cook or barbecue.
The week included several power cuts all over Kalkan but the owner and agents were very helpful. It was eventually sorted out.
The owner and his family used one of their villas close by for the last couple of days of our stay and sent over some delicious sweet treats. Much appreciated. They are very hospitable and the agents are very helpful.
When we go back to Kalkan we will definitely look to see if this villa is available. We don’t think we want to stay anywhere else.

Die Abwicklung von ersten Buchung bis die Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr gut und unkompliziert.
In kalkan wurde ein treffpunkt vereinbart mit Christine (Kontaktperson) die, dann gemeinsam mit uns zu villa fuhr und alle fragen wurden beantwortet. Sobald es irgendwelche Problem gab, meldeten wir uns bei Christine und bekamen immer gleich einen Antwort wo dann die Problemen auch gleich beseitigt waren.
Wir waren Ende April (21-26) 2019, selbst in Kalkan war das Wetter ideal, nicht zu warm nicht zu kalt. Im Villa konnten wir immer schwimmen, weil es gut beheizt war, jedoch etwas kalt in Räumen selbst.
Im ganzen war es sehr gemütlich und erholsame aufenthalt, gerne wieder!!
