The apartment is very clean and offers a beautiful view over the hills. The kitchen and bathroom were quite new and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the nice outside sitting area, which is shielded from the sun by wine and a roof, but also offers a nice place in the sun. The host is very friendly and even offered us some eggs from her own chickens. For communication it is very helpful to understand a bit of Italian, but also with English we were able to understand each other just fine. All in all a great place to enjoy some peace and quite in the mountains, but also to reach the beaches and restaurants in approx. 15 minutes by car. Just be careful if you drive a car larger then a VW golf, as the roads are quite narrow and twisted.

Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und es gab nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Die Lage ist herrlich in den Bergen, auch wenn die Anfahrt -typisch italienisch- etwas abenteuerlich ist. Sabina ist eine herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Kinder- und tierlieb stand sie uns bei jeder Frage zur Verfügung und half uns wo sie konnte (mit Handy zum Übersetzen :)) Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und unsere Kinder und der Hund wollten garnicht wieder heim.

Eine schöne große Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche und sogar Waschmaschine und man kann draußen Frühstücken. Parkplatz vorhanden. Sabina und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und haben alles sehr schön gemacht. Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto ans Meer ca. 10 Min.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato i primi di Luglio a Casa di Alessia. Abbiamo trovato ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, relax, quiete e un bellissimo spazio esterno per pranzare e riposare accompagnati da una brezza gentile e molto gradevole. La Signora Sabina e la sua famiglia sono persone molto cordiali e gradevoli oltre che a disponibili e generosi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, non abbiamo rilevato nulla che non fosse di nostro gradimento. Facile da raggiungere da Recco, strada agevole. Ci torneremo!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette propriété d'une propreté irréprochable. Bien située en dehors de la foule pendant la période estivale du mois d'août. La location est plus que bien équipée, comme c'était précisé dans le détail de l'annonce, pas de mauvaises surprises. Des propriétaires très accueillants, très gentils, avec un cœur d'or. Au regard de mes commentaires, je recommande vivement cette location, ne pas hésiter une seconde...

Appartement impeccable et très agréable, au calme, situé dans un très bel environnement à 5 minutes de la mer et de la petite ville de Recco, la région est pleine de charme. Très bon accueil de Sabina qui fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Un grand merci.

La casa è molto accogliente, in posizione strategica, panoramica, calda all'arrivo (in gennaio ha la sua importanza!). L'interno è confortevole, la cucina perfettamente attrezzata, con anche i generi di prima necessità. I proprietari a portata di mano per qualunque necessità. Complessivamente un'esperienza perfetta, che speriamo di ripetere altre volte.

Une maison tout à fait conforme à sa description et des hôtes aux petits soins pour nous. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, la literie très bonne. Propreté impeccable. A mon sens, il manque juste la clim mais la maison étant sur les hauteurs il y a moyen de la garder au frais. Sabina et son mari sont vraiment sympathiques. Ils avaient pris soin de nous laisser des produits de base pour notre arrivée et des produits de leur jardin. La maison est bien située par rapport à Portofino, Santa-Margherita et Gênes.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung, die abseits von jeglichem städtischen Lärm liegt. Sabina und ihre Familie sind wunderbare Vermieter, die mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite gestanden haben und ein familiäres Gefühl vermitteln. Hinsichtlich der Kommunikation sind ein paar Grundkenntnisse im Italienischen von Vorteil. Wir werden sehr gern wiederkommen
