About this apartment rental
Luxury Penthouse with great views to the sea and mountains, fully air conditioned, fully fitted kitchen with lots of pots , pans, everything you need to prepare your own meals.
Very large private roof terrace where you can sunbathe until your heart's content.
Very large swimming pool, lots of sunbeds
Two bedrooms/Master bedroom with en suite shower room and king-size bed, fitted wardrobes,providing plenty of storage, air conditioning, lockable sage for your valuables.
Second bedroom with twin beds, large fitted wardrobes with lots of storage , free WiFi
Family bathroom with shower over the bath, hair dryer, towels are provided.
The fully fitted kitchen has four ring cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, pots, pans, plates, and all the usual things you find in the kitchen.
The large roof terrace has plenty of room four sunbeds and more for getting those all important rays while relaxing on your own private sun terrace
The complex has large pools with a kids water slide, tennis court, volley ball court, basket ball court, outdoor gym exercise area equipment, child's play area , putting green etc so the kids or dad wont get bored.
The hill top bar and restaurant is only a short walk away, i can recommend the steak, The small quaint harbor is only a five minute drive away or you can walk across the fields, it has some wonderful restaurants next to the sea with fantastic views, if your a fish lover then its a must.
Its only a very short drive to some wonderful beaches and you are located on the edge of the the protected national park areas with stunning views of Northern Cyprus
The old town of Farmagusta is only a 15 minute drive away with its many ruins that you can now take a tour round of no mans land, explore along with the shopping restaurants bars and eateries a wonderful place to spend d some time.
The highly recommended Ruins of Salamis are only a short drive down the road a must see while in Bogaz and at only approximately £1 entry you would be daft not too.

This is a gorgeous apartment, with lovely sea views, the apartment is roomy and comfortable with all mod cons. The roof terrace is fabulous and the covered in balcony is perfect for when you need to get out of the sun. The owner James was so helpful and really responsive when asked anything. The pool area is gorgeous and most days there were at the most 10 people around it.
If you want to relax this is the place to stay and recharge your batteries.
It is a penthouse apartment so wouldnt suit anyone with mobility issues, but it was worth the climb.
You do need a car, as the nearest shop is 20 minutes walk away, but it is worth hiring one to get to see some of the beautiful beaches in the area.
I can't recommend this enough, we had a lovely stay. Plus the restaurant on site is really good.

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic stay at Sea view. Very impressive the moment we stepped through the door. The open plan living area is a very spacious & light & airy with lots of home comforts. It has been well thought out by the owner. We were attracted by the spectacular views from the outside patio which over looks the vast open countryside, sea views & far reaching views beyond. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer so you can fill the fridge full which is always a plus when you have a growing family to feed. There is plenty of cupboard space too. With a washer and a dish washer which makes life so much easier leaving you more time to enjoy your holiday. The living area has two sofabed settees which sleeps an extra 4 people.... something we were pleased to know as we are planning another stay with family. There is TV & WiFi which is always good with the kids. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes which provide ample hanging space & storage with patio doors providing fantastic far reaching views....which is a beautiful sight first thing in the morning! Our favourite place in the apartment has to be the rooftop terrace. It is an amazing outside space which has all round panoramic views of the wonderful far reaching open countryside, mountains & the sea. It is a fantastic suntrap where you can fully appreciate the peace and tranquility. You can relax in comfort with a fabulous selection of comfortable seating & sun loungers. We used the BBQ a few nights it was so lovely up on the roof terrace especially at night as there is plenty of soft lighting around adding to the relaxed atmosphere. There are some great places to eat, drink & explore. Thank you to James for providing such a fantastic place to stay. We are already arranging our next stay.
