About this apartment rental
The apartment is located within the Baia de Bahas Residence, situated about 150/350 meters from the characteristic sandy coves typical of the northeastern Sardinian coast.
The residence consists of terraced units interspersed with flower beds and gardens, and is located only 4 km from Porto Rotondo. The following externally managed services are present in the facility: restaurant/pizzeria and a small market (seasonal opening).
The two-room apartment with sea view (4 people) includes: living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery, kettle, microwave, toaster, hair dryer, equipped patio or balcony with front or side sea view.
For any needs you can go to the reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-in is available daily from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out (the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00 am.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee accommodation and an additional fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, final cleaning, air conditioning, first supply of bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi (partial use, front desk only), use of bicycles while supplies last (use deposit € 50.00), use of washing machine for common use, unattended parking, playground area.
Upon arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory fees:
CITY TAX: mandatory in of Golfo Aranci, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the time of year.
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay.
Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
