Very good

The location of this facility is very good, near to centrum of the village and also to the mountains (by foot). The lake is few minutes by car, there are shops, fast food, etc nearby. Funicular to the Kampenwand hill is just 10 mins drive. The top floor is very spatious and I liked the combo of old and new furniture. Also the amenities were very good.

1) The very steep stairs to the top floor and also entry hatch / door to the room is not suitable for elderly people. Manipulation with the hatch needs stability and little force - overall, we would prefer "standard" entry and this was a problem for our group (it's not probably issue for young family etc.) 2) the noisy - squeeky old wooden floor may sound romantic for some, and during the day it's not a problem, but effectively it wakes all the family in the night if someone uses bathroom etc.

Wonderful!!! We would stay there again, even with the squeaky floor and small shower!!!

We liked 99% of everything about this property. Location, very spacious, loved the long kitchen table, the kitchen itself was great. We made breakfast every morning with the handy refrigerator and the stove!

I would say the only downside of this property was the very squeaky floors. At night if you had to get up to use the bathroom, the squeaky floor would wake up everyone if you did not walk slowly. Second would be the size of the shower and the curtain. Too small but then again, most European showers are small!

It was a Nice and cozy place, and enough space for our family. Also the kitchen was good enough.

Good

The supermarket is just around the corner, make it very convenient to stay for a few days. Since we arrived with a big van, the easy parking was also nice for us.

It was my mistake for not checking the confirmation before paying, but the total price before the confirmation was very misleading. The cleaning fees were expensive and it came only in the confirmation page. Only when the bank send the notice to my phone, I realise I paid a lot more than the total price, and only realise, the total price does not include cleaning fees!

A welcome booklet with Info About Wifi Password, how to seperate the trash,activities etc. would be good. A small handsoap in the bathroom would also have been a nice gesture.

Gute Lage, moderne Einrichtung, voll ausgestattete Küche, praktisch mit Parkplatz für Autos und Fahrräder

Bei der sehr offenen Bauart ohne Türen muss man sich als Freundesgruppe schon gut kennen, um die Zeit gemeinsam zu verbringen. Für uns war’s passend, aber vielleicht nicht für jeden etwas

Excellent séjour Nous y retournerons certainement !!!

Situation géographique à proximité du lac Cheemsee et du château ( 10 mn en voiture) . Emplacement calme , et ombragé , à l abri des moustiques ( nombreux aux alentours du lac) . Supermarché à 5 mn en voiture . Nous étions dans la partie ancienne du bâtiment , au 1er étage .Appartement très agréable de 2 vraies chambres avec des lits très confortables , un grand séjour , une cuisine très bien équipée et une belle salle de bain .Bref tout pour y passer de bonnes vacances .

L escalier d accès est assez raide .Ne convient pas pour des personnes en difficulté .

es ist etwas ringhörig, von der oberhalb gelegenen wohnung hört man jeden schritt. aber das liegt in der natur der sache von alten häusern.
