Coziness in the heart of Asprovalta

Spacious and well-maintained apartment with everything you need. Great location in the very center and a few steps from the beach. The hostess is incredibly kind. We had complimentary fruit, a bottle of wine and water, as well as coffee capsules for each day. It is cleaned every day. The presence of a parking space is also a big plus.

The water on this beach is too deep for children, but this is of course not the fault of the accommodation.

Great big apartment centrally located.

A very nice 2-bedroom apartment. One room had two beds, the other one a double bed, plus one extra bed in the living room (plus a sofa). One bathroom plus kitchen, fully equipped. Centrally located, next to the beach. The hotel also has its own parking. Very clean, and they come to clean daily as well. The nearby beach has umbrellas for rent ($10 for an umbrella and two sunbeds.) The owners were super responsive as well.

Centrally located also means that you are in a very busy area. The apartment is quiet, no noise from the street, but you may not find relaxing to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle. Also note that this is an apartment building, which means no reception, and you need to carry your keys to enter the building.

The hotel was very close to the beach and the city center, which was a big plus. The interior design of the rooms was beautiful, and having air conditioning in every room was great. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which we really appreciated. The owner, Antonis, was very helpful. He answered all our questions in detail, which made our stay even more comfortable.

It would have been great to have an oven or a microwave in the kitchen. It would be better if there were more cooking tools like pots and pans in the kitchen. Also, having house slippers and bathroom buckets would have been a nice addition.

It's a great choice for family vacation, I honestly recommend it.

It is a great, spacious, super clean apartment. The host was very nice and cleaning lady that came every day is very charming. Private parking is very close to apartment and it is a huge plus. There are two air-conditions which are more than enough for the apartment.

For people that have hard time sleeping, it's maybe not the best option since it is in the center of Asprovalta and you can hear music untill late during the night, especially on weekends it's very loud. If you don't need complete silence for sleep, you'll be fine. The beds are a little bit to soft for me, but it's a thing of personal preference.

Future guests need to note that there are stairs and for small children this might be an issue, also it is not common in Greece to have a microwave. There is everything else, though, baby beds, all kinds of utensils, good comfortable beds, very easy parking and very, very good location. Keeping in mind the well pla ced pricing, I can easily rate it 10 out of 10.

The location of the apartment is very good, with a view of the sea. It is very quiet, comfortable, and has everything you need there. The kitchen was equipped with everything. The most beautiful thing was the balcony with a view of the sea.

For all my years visiting Greece, this was the best services I ever received. The room was cleaned daily, thoroughly. The beds were made, the towels folded, whatever dishes were left war washed and stored away. Every day, no exception. The room had a tiny Nespresso machine, and fresh coffee was provided every day. There is a parking space available in a private parking, but since I had a car top carrier on my car, I couldn't use it. Antonis, the manager of the property, was very friendly and recommended beaches suited to our preferences - quiet and snorkeling friendly. We did a lot of driving to various beaches. There are also a lot of stores in the area. Overall, it was one of the best vacations in Greece.

Wonderful place to stay with great people!

The place is near the beach and the central street with a lot of restaurants and shops. They provide everyday cleaning, the staff is great, you have everything you need for vacation. The view from the terrace is great: on one side is the see, on the other mountain.

Everything you'd want out of a vacation.

The room was for very specious. As I was there with my wife and son - we practically had one extra room we didn't use. The location couldn't be any better. The hotel is at the main central square in Asprovalta which itself is adjacent to the beach. The host Adonis was great. We liked our stay there very much and we would come back again in future. Oh, yes - for the first time in 10 years vacationing all around Greece it was in Asprovalta we finally saw dolphins up close on the beach one of the days.

Excellent vacation for families

Excellent location in the very centre of Asprovalta close to the main street with tavernas, a children's playground and the beach. Really friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean, spatious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Good intenet connection. Parking free of charge nearby. Definitely recommend!

The apartment is very clean! The host is very polite and friendly. There were fresh fruits on the table as a compliment. Private parking is avaliable near the apartment. Even it was noisy outside the windows were good enough and stop the noise. The apartment is really near to the beach and to the restaurants - great location for your vacation.

It was a short stay so I didn't miss anything, but if I stayed longer I would miss maybe more kitchenware. I would prefer also more light in the bathroom.

Amazing host! Great location in middle of Asprovalta , close to the beach, a step away from taverns, cafes and bakeries. Аlso have their own parking space if you coming with car don't need to think about parking! The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with a large terrace from which the sunrises in the morning are amazing. There is a wide variety of beaches nearby, which can be reached by car in around 20 minutes. All have very nice sand and extremely clean water.

A good stay overall. Many restaurants nearby. Great for walking during the evening.

Professional, friendly personnel with very good english skills, responsive to guest problems or requests, attentive to details. Apartment was clean, spacious and ergonomic. Large balcony surrounding the apartment. Street noise wasn't that intense during sleep hours, even if the area got crowded in the evening in July.

The beds had hard spring mattresses. Some of us couldn't get a refreshing sleep. Because there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, it got quite uncomfortable during hot days. We reduced the problem either by fully opening the bedroom doors to the living room so that cool AC air could enter, or by using the fans that the personnel gave us. One of the fans was already there.

Very clean, very nice property. Very kind and attentive host. Large long terrace. Comfortably situated rooms. During our trip the temperatures outside were incinerating, our host has turned on the air conditioners prior we appeared so the temperature inside was just perfect upon our arrival. We would stay there again. Strongly recommend!

It is not a negative, just some people look at this section for such type of info :) We expected a hefty amount of background noise but surprisingly although the central location, during our stay the noises around were quite within the acceptable levels.
