I liked the location. The staff were friendly and supportive especially Denis. They were ready to make changes to accommodate our needs from the moment we stepped in there until we left

I didn’t like the cleanliness of my room and washroom

Good location for us to catch the bus to Macedonia the next day, lovely staff and the place having a pool was brilliant and the breakfast was really nice

Our room was a bit dusty, and the bathroom could of done with a better clean But the bedroom was clean

Staff were amazing and location a scenery was fantastic

It’s currently opposite a building site and the sound form the pile drivers is constant loud and annoying - but not as bad as the noise from the daily POOL PARTIES - that are frequented by gangs of local males. It can feel very intimidating, the parties go on from noon to 6pm. The music is so loud it rebounds off the shopping centre across the valley (if we were in Spain it would be closed down for noise nuisance). It’s impossible to enjoy the room through the day, the noise pollution is incredible. When we complained to the reception, asking for the music to be turned down, we were told “no, it is a pool party, we have a DJ” We left and booked another hotel in town. But we’re charge for the full 3 nights we originally booked at the MaiTai Friends who stayed the course reported that the night club above the hotel was even louder through to the early hours in the morning. This hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a hotel or a night club. The management’s agenda does not include customer service, satisfaction or service recovery. They really do not care about paying hotel guests. One or two members aid staff were very pleasant - but unable to do anything about anything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
