Very nice architecture of the hotel, excellent location, large rooms, elevator, cleanliness (everyday cleaning and changing the sheets & towels), friendly familiar staff one of which speaking very good english, nice terasses in front of the hotel and in the back which is in shadow, quiet good sleep even if on the main street (good insulations), very nice breakfast (paid supplmentary) for ones who want.
Only 3 rooms have balcony, but having the downstairs terasses it was not absolutely necessary.
