This great two level property is located in a small condominium complex (only 12 units) designed and decorated with excellent taste, gated for security, right on the beach. It offers an elevator, as well as stairway access.
Enjoy the infinity pool overlooking the beach or take a day on the beach accessed from our private entrance to the beach.
On the first level you can enjoy a beautiful, large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the largest of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom, as well as expansive closets with glass sliding doors. This suite has a beautiful deck and a phenomenal view of the Bay.
The second bedroom has 2 double beds, Tv, 2 closets and bathroom.
The top floor has the roof top master suite, a king size bed, 2 closets and an ensuite bathroom that can be accessed from the common area as well.
A spacious living room, dining room, a small working kitchen, with a stacked washer and dryer in a laundry area off of the kitchen. . The bedroom and the living room have wall to wall glass sliding doors giving access to the spacious roof top patio and a spectacular view of the Bay!! During the day take in the sun on the patio lounge chairs or take a dip in your own private jacuzzi! and at night you can relax under the stars with only the sound of the ocean to help you leave all your worries behind. Enjoy the 2 beautiful private patios with the best views.

Amazing all around. Great condo. Had everything. Location is perfect, walkable to all local restaurants. Great pool and beach. We had the whole pool to ourselves and the beach was clean and not crowded at all. We walked the beach every morning.

Property Manager - Lia - was wonderful. Addressed all our concerns. The kitchen could use some updating.. lights burnt out, oven did not work, plates, glasses a mish mash. Silverware needs replacing. Overall, for the price I would stay there again!

Condo is as advertised. Property manager Lia is exceptional. Always was available to promptly answer questions and respond to issues. Location is very good. Close to everything but still a bit quieter here. Would suggest more outdoor furniture and umbrellas. Also more medium sized serving dishes. Cleaning wasn't great. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The property is great for a group as there is ample space for six adults. The view is outstanding and the location is great for walking to shopping, restaurants, etc. It's a quiet area and the property itself is a beautiful condo. Highly recommended for a group of adults.
