The Space:

Villa Son Vent is a bright and peaceful country villa situated near Inca, in the heart of Mallorca. Surrounded by nature, the property accommodates up to six guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups looking for privacy and comfort.



The villa has three double bedrooms featuring Art Nouveau-style furniture and views over the surrounding countryside. Air conditioning is available in every bedroom.



There are three modern bathrooms: two private en-suite bathrooms with showers and a third bathroom with a bath and shower combination. A hairdryer is also provided.



The spacious living room features comfortable sofas and a large panoramic window that fills the space with natural light. Satellite and cable television are available for entertainment.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine and dining table.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by a spacious garden. The covered terrace includes a barbecue and an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs. Sun loungers are available for relaxing beside the pool, while the garden provides plenty of space for children to play.

The historic centre includes landmarks such as the Church of Santa Maria la Major and the Sant Bartomeu monastery. The nearby Puig de Santa Magdalena and its surrounding woodland provide a natural setting for walking and enjoying views over central Mallorca.



Mallorca’s northern beaches and coastal areas are within convenient driving distance, making it easy to combine relaxing days at the villa with trips to the sea.
