About this house rental
Make your memories of family fun, romantic sunsets and water sports galore in this luxurious home away from home. This immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and five blocks to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, walking to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.
This is a waterfront town home where you can watch the dolphins play from your balcony while you enjoy your coffee in the morning. View the amazing sunsets over the river while sipping a glass of wine on the dock. Kayak along the river and discover the local wildlife including manatees, dolphins, luminescent fish and tropical birds. The beach is five blocks east and we provide all the beach essentials; wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels.
Have a kayak or paddle board delivered to your dock in the backyard. Drive to a delicious local restaurant on the ocean. Watch a rocket launch from your balcony (follow space coast website for scheduling) Visit the space center, a ten minute drive away. Disney world, Universal Orlando, Sea World and the Epcot center is short 45 minutes west by car. Port Canaveral Cruise lines are only five minutes away and offer cruises to far away places as well as day trips on their casino boats.
The home has cable, WiFi, indoor laundry, fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bath, two televisions, a barbecue, picnic area with dock and more. All the amenities of home in a tropical paradise.

This was a very clean location that had a lot of amenities. It was homey and the owner of the property was quick to answer if there were any questions. Everything was in walking distance in order to do fun things, eat or shop. We had an enjoyable peaceful time. We were also able to see a dolphin, manatees and the rocket launch.

We loved this condo and would definitely stay again. Loved looking out over the water and watching all the birds. Saw a manatee and 2 dolphins while waiting for an evening rocket launch. Very cool experience. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/bathrooms were fully stocked. We walked to Cocoa Beach Pier a couple times, it was lovely.

This townhouse on a quiet street with a pretty backyard was perfect for our stay. It was very clean, spacious and was just as described. There is nothing else that we could have needed. My husband spent time fishing on the dock even when the weather was rainy using the available fishing poles and tackle box. The views of the sunsets were amazing. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back!

Property was clean and well appointed but does not have a hot tub as listed in the description. Rather it has a jacuzzi tub. Very different. Also you would not want to walk to the beach as you would be walking on a 4 lane highway. The outdoor space on the river was very nice but would’ve been better with a hot tub
