Well maintained pools and tennis courts are only steps away but friends can also enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the deck or a fun barbecue on the second balcony off the guest quarters bedecked with polo memorabilia.
The property has undergone extensive renovations and now features beautiful tile floors throughout, a clean and modern white kitchen with stainless appliances and Carrara marble backsplash, floating underlit vanities, and glamorous tile and marble showers with rain shower heads and ultra-clear Starphire glass. NOISE: Be mindful of your neighbors- limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at anytime. Strict City penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
**Violation of the City ordinance can result in fines upwards of $500, and may result in immediate eviction from property without refund.
