Het was een heel fijn verbijf. We hebben genoten van de tuin en het huis. Barbecue in de tuin die we mogen gebruiken. Heerlijke fles wijn gekregen. Prachtig uitzicht wat niet verveeld. Rustig gelegen. Veel RAVel fietspaden en de Vennbahn in de buurt. Tuinpaden leuk aangelegd.
Het was mooi zomerweer dus ramen open maar er zijn geen horren dus best veel vliegen binnen. Laatste nacht werd kamer boven ons verhuurd dan merk je wel dat het wat gehorig is. We misten een broodmes.

+ place de parc devant l’immeuble + cuisine équipée + quelques boissons mises à disposition + quartier très calme + jolie jardin + à 20 minutes du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
- Mal isolé, nous étendions la porte se déverrouiller et les gens marcher dans la cage d’escalier - pas de lave vaisselle - Pas de rideaux à la cuisine, ce qui était très embêtant car le soleil tape toute la journée de ce côté - Nous y étions en pleine canicule et il faisait 30 degrés dans l’appartement. Pas de ventilateur nous a été mis à disposition. Ce qui aurait grandement été apprécié.

Schitterende locatie, modern ingericht en goed geoutilleerd. Mooi terras met zowel zon als schaduw en een bijna eindeloos uitzicht.

The location is relaxing and the view is nice.
The basics are not provided. Not enough toilet paper for the stay, only 2 towels for 3 people for 4 nights, no soap at all (not even hand soap in the bathroom), no dishwasher tablets, no cooking condiments, no coffee etc. Basically if you want to be comfortable, you need to bring absolutely everything yourself. The small house is nice enough, but it’s shown by itself in the photo but sits in the shadow of a much larger building a few meters away which detracts from the solitude.
