Our rates are the best in Punta Mita! Take the time to compare and you will agree. Your hosts Dave and Lisa will help you enjoy Mexico just the way you'd like. We're not a cookie cutter condo. Here you'll find our fresh and clean unit done in modern Mexican decor, two bedroom, with full kitchen. Hear the waves all night long!
We're located one 1/2 block from the beautiful white sand of Playa Punta Mita. This spot provides world class surfing for all levels, beginners to professionals. Choose from our collection of 25 high quality surfboards; find just the right one for you. Either take off down the beach on your own, or enjoy David's specially guided surf package, which includes his invaluable local knowledge, transportation, lessons, board rental, & lots of Aloha.
We're a great spot for young and old, families, singles, just about everyone. Enjoy the privacy of your suite or join us for dinner. .
Don't dare miss joining one of Lisa's famous Mexican dinners. She is an incredible cook and her meals are a gourmet delight. David is a talented professional musician, all of which makes for some truly unforgettable evenings.
Banderas Bay is genuinely spectacular. Maybe you just want to relax, enjoy the simple life. That works pretty well around here. Muy Tranquilo! Perhaps take a stroll down the beach, you can even hike several kilometers if you wish. (check out our link below to the beach walk slide show)
In winter months, the tropical blue water offers daily sightings of whales courting and calving. Spectaculoso! Watch pelicans diving, local marineros plying the reef, sailing yachts tacking into the anchorage. It’s common to see dolphins, turtles, and even giant manta rays in the sea nearby. Take a sail to snorkel in the nearby Marietta Islands, do some Stand Up Paddle (SUP), play golf nearby or go fishing.
Did we mention fishing? Its Incre-ible! This area is home to trophy-size black, blue, and striped marlin, yellow-fin tuna, sailfish, dorado (mahi mahi), rooster fish, and more. Local charters are available and easily arranged.
Best of all, Lisa's always there for you. Hot, fresh brewed local coffee often shows up magically in the morning at your door, even if you're going fishing at 4am. Of course, she can then prepare your catch any way you like when you return. It just doesn't get any better.
Children? We like 'em and are ready for yours. We have youth books, toy trucks, inflatables, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and unbreakable dinnerware. The ocean here stays shallow with a sandy bottom, perfect for swimming and kids' play, and the bigger waves usually break about 100 yards out. Don't miss the sunset release of hundreds of baby sea turtles at the Nuevo Vallarta Sea Turtle Preserve.
Its very safe here in Punta Mita. 'Restaurant Row' is just five minutes down the beach, including classic Mexican palapa cuisine, Italian, plus a number of upscale, top end restaurants, even a couple of bluesy nightspots. A small Mexican grocery store nearby offers everything from tequila to local yogurt.
All The room has high speed internet, satellite TV, and unlimited bottles of purified water. Watch our DVDs or bring your own, and calls are free to the US & Canada. Breakfast room service and laundry services are available, and airport pick-ups and departures can be arranged.

Hidden gem. Nestled in residential Punta Mita. Very close to the beach. Dave and Lisa were great hosts, providing us with whatever we needed (information, advice, beach accessories).
Location is safe and secure in gated space.
Great for a more immersive experience into local culture.
We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa and David were such lovely hosts and their property is a little haven on the edge of town. Fresh coffee delivered every morning by Lisa, and David had a range of surf boards you could use for free (beginner soft tops) or some slightly more performance type boards for a small fee. The pool was great to cool off in, we just had to be vigilant with our little one.
The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed for a lovely stay, almost too large! The rooftop bar area was a nice little spot that we only used a bit but well worth checking out, got both sunrises and sunsets!
It’s about a 10 minute walk to town (pushing a stroller) and the beach is only a block and a half away and was great for our daughter to go ‘swimming’ in calm water.
Overall if you’re looking to stay somewhere friendly and unique, and for excellent value I would highly recommend booking one of Lisa and David’s apartments.

Property was clean and nice. Beautiful space to sit at pool or on rooftop if you are at the villa. Kitchen was unreal! Very stocked with essentials to cook and clean with. owners were friendly and made sure we had what we needed for a good stay. I would definitely come back here and want to bring enough of the family to rent the whole villa for next time!!

Lisa and David (and the dogs!) were very gracious and accommodating hosts, and our apartment - 2 bedrooms, open kitchen and living area - was perfect for our family of four. It was roomy and comfortable and stayed cool in the heat of the day. We had the perfect base for our vacation, the kids could come and go to the beach as they wanted, or just hang out on the patio.We loved the location, off to one side of the town, a very short distance from the beach, and walkable to the town center or the many small local restaurants, where the food was wonderful (and wonderfully inexpensive). We would not have enjoyed staying at one of the resorts - they looked amazing but they also looked like walled off enclaves, and we wanted to be more immersed/exposed to Mexico instead of feeling like we were in California. The town is very simple, without a lot of the tourist vibe in other areas around PV, and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful (and tolerant of our bad Spanish).The surfing was just amazing - and David was the best guide, taking me to places I would have never found otherwise, I already miss the walks in to the secluded breaks, the very forgiving waves, and the friendly vibe on the water, but six days of two sessions/day have left this desk jockey a little wrecked! We visited in mid April, it happened to be Easter week, which is a big deal in Mexico. The beach was crowded during that week, but the following week it completely cleared out. Even when the beach was crowded everyone was so laid back that it didn't matter - and 'crowded' is a relative term, I've seen much worse. This was a much needed escape from a particularly dreary winter, and it went by too fast. Thanks Lisa and David for such a wonderful stay, and please give our best to the dogs, we miss their visits and escorts to the beach :)
