About this house rental

Very nice house of 150m2, built in 2017 on the foundations of an old farm from the 19th century. It is ideal for a family or several couples.

The house has a large living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 1 mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a laundry room. 800m2 garden. Parking space.

Supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby.

In addition at your disposal: sunbathing, bbq, bikes, kayaks etc.

On your vacation programs:
- sunbathing, jogging, picnic on the fine sandy beach of Lodonnec
- hikes on the Bigoudan coast
- sea trip
- visit of the auction and return of the boats to Loctudy or Guilvinec
- walk to the tip of the Torch, a paradise for surfers

- for the half-day: discovery of Pointe du Raz, Concarneau, Pont Aven, Quimper, Bénodet, Locronan, the Bigoudens ports.

Très jolie maison rénovée, très lumineuse, plein sud avec un grand et beau jardin, ce qui est rare. Calme absolue, excellente couverture 4G. Emplacement exceptionnel, à 1 minute à pied d’une plage magnifique.

Séjour très agréable
La maison est extrêmement agréable. La rénovation a été effectuée avec beaucoup de goûts et de belles finitions. La localisation est top : à quelques mètres de la mer à 5 minutes en voiture des commerces. Son grand jardin clos à fait le bonheur des enfants ! Excellente communication avec Rachele avant l’arrivée puis avec son beau-père une fois sur place. Une location que nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison, le salon très lumineux vous donne l’impression de profiter de l’extérieur même au mois de février ! L’accès à la plage en 2 minutes est un vrai bonheur.

Très bon relationnel avec les propriétaires, réponses rapides aux questions que l on pouvait se poser avant la réservation au vue de mon handicap ( fauteuil roulant) Maison agréable, lumineuse, moderne, à 150m de la plage En conclusion cette location est la plus exceptionnelle que nous ayons faite en famille

Tolles Haus, super Raumgefühl, sehr hell, großzügiger Garten, prima eingerichtet, nah zum Strand, sehr ruhig und viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Rundum top!

Beautiful House, Fabulous Location.
This house is a beautiful modern house that is very tastefully styled and has a wonderful kitchen. The house is located one minute from the beach and has two lovely restaurants between the house and the beach. We had use of the host's canoe which the kids loved, this was a lovely surprise when we arrived. The pictures and the services in the house are underplayed in the ad and it has to be experienced to be appreciated. The beach is fabulous and safe and kids spent hours every day crab fishing, canoeing, swimming etc. Rachele and her father were excellent hosts and of great assistance throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property
