The garden & pool and proximity to the town.
Very gloomy and dark inside - no privacy as door to the living area opens straight onto the garden. Very noisy from the pizza restaurant that runs the property

In town, pool, garden like setting, secure and rooms were nice size and comfortable.

Nice pool area and located downtown so easy to walk around to shops and restaurants
The customer service was very poor. I booked a loft apartment which specifically said garden view in the room description. We were given a room with a city view and the room entrance was on the outside of the hotel, on the sidewalk. The room also felt like a dark hole. I asked to be moved to the room we booked and was told the hotel was full. We were eventually moved to a less expensive room with a garden view. Repeated attempts to contact the owner for a refund for the price difference in the rooms were ignored.
