Bellarias House

Eva was an amazing host, she wait for us with cold lemonade, always happy, cute and polite. The room was incredibly clean, they clean everyday, all the facilities were on point, or maybe a little extra (ironing table, beach and rain umbrellas).

Location near promenade and beaches. Really kind lady showed us in and even offered us excelent lemonade. Cosy, spacy and beautiful place.

Loved everything!

Great host. Got fresh limunade for the welcome. Perfect location with great parking spot (with the roof). Everything is near, traject, markets, apotheke and beach is very close. Room was cleared every day, even dishes were washed by the host (we were suprised first day).

Sound isolation was pretty bad, but is not problem if you don't have noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, we had noisy group of young people as neighbors, that were talking/drinking in backyard that was shared with all rooms until 1-2 AM.

The location was very convenient, it is really two minutes walk from the Nydri center. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels clean. The room had also an insect repeller machine which we appreciated since there were a lot of mosquitoes during the night. It also had a nice garden view and lights.

The room was quite basic and pricey for its offered facilities. The shower was very small and the shower curtain didn't cover the area, and water was falling out every time we took a shower. Also the sewer must have been cloaked because it had a very bad smell, so we had to keep the bathroom door all the time closed. While we are in the middle of a pandemic, the owner welcomed us with no mask on, and she entered to the room as well without her mask which was pretty uncomfortable for us. We had specifically asked for a clean room, but the air-condition filters hadn't been cleaned for a while which was visible with a naked eye but we also felt it in the quality of the air. Moreover the windows screen was quite dusty and as we are allergic, this made our sleep in the room quite difficult. Also the rooms are not very soundproofed as we were awaken by other residents voices and door slamming. For 90 euros per night this was quite expensive.
