Apartamento Duplex La Estrella

La ubicación es excelente justo al lado de la playa Santa María del Mar. Para ir al centro en taxi son unos 5e, bastante “cerca” también. Además, el tener plaza de garaje propia es esencial, aparcar en esa zona es imposible.

Los colchones son bastante mejorables, para un par de noches aguanta cualquiera pero en estancia algo más larga sería un contra. Como sugerencia: poner alguna bolsa de basura más de recambio.

Great location and setup of apartment

Automated phone system to open doors etc was difficult for us and needs some modification. Owner had to come to location to sort out issues with access codes and our phone systems. closing and reopening location settings on phone resolved issues. Mattresses or bed base needs replacing due to sagging and not good for old backs like mine and dust underneath beds affected some of us with allergies (Cleaners need to ensure this does not happen again)

- Appartamento grandissimo, con due matrimoniali ed un divano letto - 3 bagni - cancelletti di sicurezza per le scale che portano nel seminterrato - posto auto in garage sotterraneo con ascensore per portare su e giù i bagagli - serratura Appartamento automática, con apertura tramite smartphone - la posizione decentrata obbliga a farsi sempre delle belle passeggiare lungo mare

- non era permesso gettare la carta igienica nei wc, ma solo nei cestini spazzatura - alcuni particolari dell'appartamento meriterebbero di essere sostituiti e/o riparati. Nulla di fondamentale però - nella camera con due letti singoli uniti, scoprendo il letto ho trovato alcuni capelli nelle lenzuola - il letto matrimoniale cigolava

Det tog meget lang tid at komme ind i lejligheden. Vi kørte efter en anden bil ned i kælderen. Vi fik hjælp af værten og vores søn som talte spansk sammen over telefonen. Til sidst lykkedes det os at åbne døren ved hjælp af den tilsendte instruktion. Det er sidste gang vi booker en lejlighed med dørkode, næste gang er det hotel. Da vi skulle videre åbnede garagedøren ikke automatisk. Jeg måtte parkere på rampen indtil en anden bil fik porten op, så jeg kunne køre ud. Vi fandt aldrig nøglerne til garagen.
