About this house rental
Casa Chiara is a newly renovated (2018) cozy cottage (90 sqm) on a 600 sqm plot in a quiet residential area at the end of a street. The property is completely unobstructed from 2 sides, so that you can see the sea from the balcony. This residential area, especially the proximity to the sea (350 m) is ideal for families.
The two-storey house offers a living / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
In the living / dining area there is a sofa bed (140x200), if 6 people move in. For entertainment is a 50 '' - TV with satellite connection (all German channels) and CD / DVD player available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and. V. M.
A washing machine is also available.
The bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lead onto a balcony or a large roof terrace. One bedroom has another TV.
Overall, the house has 5 terraces: small terrace to kitchen, balcony, roof terrace, covered terrace and large garden terrace under pine trees.
The bathrooms are brand new. One bathroom is on the ground floor, a second on the 1st. Floor. They offer a sink, toilet and shower.
The newly designed garden invites you to relax with its large terrace and barbecue. Our guests may have two trekking bikes available. Furthermore, there is a non-visible outdoor shower in the garden - a great feeling under the open sky to take a shower.
The house is equipped with an alarm system for the safety of our holiday guests. The property offers additional space for 2 cars.
Casa Chiara is a good starting point for excursions and day trips, z. In the charming harbor town of Gallipoli (very nice in the evenings), the nearby Trullidörfer, the Castel del Monte (known from the movie: The Name of the Rose), Lecce or the ceramic city Grottaglie.

La casa corrisponde fedelmente alla descrizione e alle foto. È ben accessoriata e attrezzata anche la parte esterna che permette di godere di momenti di assoluto relax appena fuori la caotica Campomarino. Lo splendido mare si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Noi abbiamo trascorso delle belle vacanze di famiglia godendo di ampi spazi. Ringrazio i proprietari per l’attenzione e la cura dei dettagli con cui l’hanno arredata, davvero tutto confortevole.
