Casa Bella Vista

La casa es muy bonita y está bastante bien equipada.La urbanización también está muy bien.

Informan de que hay tres piscinas y las fotos se ven con hamacas y camas balinesas.Esa parte no pertenece a la urbanización, es un beach club que hay que pagar a parte, por cierto bastante caro y que en los ocho días que estuvimos no tenía disponibilidad al igual que el restaurante que tampoco conseguimos reservar. El gimnasio también se paga aparte. La playa está cerca pero no tiene prácticamente ningún servicio y es como de una losa de piedra, por otros sitios sólo piedra, hay que usar escarpines. Se agradecería que la casa tuviera champú y gel de ducha, así como algunos imprescindibles de cocina como sal, estropajos, bolsas de basura, si el que llega se encuentra cosas lo suele reponer o dejar otras para los que lleguen después.

Todo, la ubicación, las vistas, la urbanización, la limpieza y el trato de Daniel. Siempre amable y disponible.

Schönes Apartement in perfekter Lage

Location. Views. An arm of the Sierra Cabrera descending into the Med right in front of me. Fantastic. Super terraces. Instant on/off heating when it got cold (which was rare). Gated security.

Shower in small shower room was a little smelly from previous occupants. Mouldy grouting. In the same room, pushing the sink/basin plug down (using both lever and pushing down manually) did not prevent water from draining quickly from the sink/basin. Annoying when trying to shave face. Drain pipe under kitchen sink collapsed. A pipe-to-pipe screw-connector wasn’t fitted correctly, and wasn’t hand-tightened correctly. Also the screw-connector’s rubber sealing ring had been fitted upside-down. I was rinsing a teacup. I heard dripping water. I put the teacup on the drainer. When I moved my feet I discovered I was standing in a puddle of water. I mopped-up the water and correctly fixed the connector. Daniel will verify. As a visitor, no access to underground garage or pools. I was lucky. The previous occupants left me with 10 days of Netflix. Daniel told me that Netflix is not included in the rent. Perhaps it should be. It’s only 10 euros per month.
