sehr komfortabel, gut ausgestattete FeWo, Hund ist willkommen, Balkon, Tageslichtbad mit Haartrockner, sauber, modern, ruhig
Lage ist ungünstig wenn man in Reit im Winkl Skikurs macht, täglich mehrere Kilometer fahren, keine Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel Anbindung, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar, keine güngstige Unterkunft man zahlt für alles extra (Aufbettung, Kurtaxe usw) Wärmepumpe im Haus erzeugt mittags kein warmes Wasser (man kann nur morgens und abends duschen), Parkplatz nur am Straßenrand (auf dem Grundstück kein Gästeparkplatz für den Unterkunftspreis wünschenswert)

Das wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten und das Spielsachen für Kinder vorhanden waren.
Beim Bett im Schlafzimmer, sind andauernd die Latten heraus gesprungen. Wenig Ausstattung zum Kochen.

Tolle Gastgeber, die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man ist recht schnell am Chiemsee - empfehlenswert

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell am Chiemsee, in Österreich oder z. B. In München. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen und auch mit dem Fahrrad kann man zu mehreren Touren starten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben gerne auch Tipps für die Restaurantwahl oder für die Tourenplanung.
Das Rollo im Badezimmer war defekt und das es keine Vorhänge vor dem Fenstern gibt!
